This reminds me of that program on Bucks Fizz I saw afew years ago where that David Van Day from Dollar joined the line up and then took over the band, he even went and re recorded the all the albums cheaply and stole the artwork so that he could make some easy cash.
The saving grace I think for the "proper" UB40 is that one by one promoters are going to wash their hands of him if all his gigs so far have lost money, he'll be back at the Hare and hounds playing to a crowd of 10 who have paid £3 for the entrance in no time at all.
Still enjoy the splendour of the shopping mall circuit whilst you can Ali, it was such a brilliantly calculated move of yours from going from an Arena selling out band to playing foreign versions of Selfridges, that has to be one of the greatest business decisions ever in history, Gerald Ratner would be proud of you.
