I am so sorry, what awful news and you feel there is nothing you can do. Seeing as your ex text you I think it would be ok for you to text her back with reassusance. Texting is not like calling, its one way , so its not intrusive and you can tell her how you feel etc. Good luck X

Thankfully my ex has got in touch , im going to try and get to see her in the week . She had more bad news though , her father had a heart attack when he heard the bad news and her mom went to hospital today . Im sorry i posted this on here, i know i post some real crazy stuff sometimes , but i hadnt got anyone else to talk to about all this . Or about some of the other stuff i post..
