Found this on a review site: read, laugh and enjoy!
Arrived at the concert at 7.30 only to find Edward Grant was kicking off the gig! He was the 'special guest' and you couldn't get any more special than that, he has a great report with the corwd, amazing stage presence and if I'm honest I would've preferred him to stay on longer. UB4O came on and were floorless, the replacement lead singer sounds EXACTLY like his brother, although is quite boring and very dull to look at, Andy Campbell was more lively I think, than him. But they had an aura of respect and beauty on stage and seemed very relaxed and close-knit like sisters. The big black bald guy who does the keyboard took front stage and sang two songs, which was quite disappointing. However the main singer and the other blck giuys with long hair were incredible! Their performance was consistent throughout and they done an encore with another two songs at the end. The instrumentals were spot on and lighting excellent, but there was too mush red lighting from the roof. I would love to see it all again, though I would see Edward Grant first out of the two acts. I just preferred his upbeat-ness reaggae and he's more of a crowd lover. UB40 were more chilled out, but magic at it also like Paul Daniels. Good gig.
