Trying to turn it around

Well dame misfortune has passed her bad luck onto me yet again. I cant belive how Ive been treated. I turned up to do my CRB check the other day only to be told that the job had been over subscribed and that they were withdrawing my offer of employment.
I asked why I was chosen as the one to be bumped, the guy in recruitment said that I had a caution from the police over 10 years ago.

I cant beileve that they have done this to me, they are using something against me that wouldnt even affect my CRB results, Im going to take legal advice on this as they never even let me have the chance to prove myself a trustworthy person.

This has left me feeling alittle sick and angry. Im not taking this lying down though, Ive already consulted an employment lawyer friend of my uncle and I have composed a strong complaint letter to this individual and also the Directors of the company.


I cant believe how let down I feel, I went from flying high last week, all set for a nice future, to crashing down in a fit of despair, back worrying where my next bit of money is coming from.

Dont let them grind you down, sometimes its hard to not let that happen.

Thats awful, Mr C. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep searching. Don't waste too much time and energy on trying to get through to them. Ask yourself - do you really want to work for a company like that anyway?
