...what do you do when you see a spider....

I find them incredibly ugly ...all these legs ...can only focus on one leg at a time with two eyes ... myabe that is why they are so creepy ...you focus on one and are just starting to get secure ...when the other legs move....


It creates a conundrum...

Do you bow to your archnophobic friends who just want to KILL KILL to avoid this horrid sensation...

Do you nearly throw yourself out the window while trying to lead them on a path to freedom? It seems so cruel becuase they just try to run away(in your direction ..or up your arm..... cause they don't know they are being "helped"

Life is so complicated sometimes...

Hoover them up, or spend all night trying to get them down from the top of a wall by spraying a can of hairspray. The hoovering was quicker

I have hoovered them ...but then spent the rest of the night worrying that they would survive and emerge coughing and angry from the hoover funnel when I switch it off......

Hairspray ...stick all their wee legs together...hmmm

Carolanne ....I would do that ....if Duncan were around...he would save me ....I might pack one just in case.....

I like spiders. Not too keen on touching them though.

Those hairy ones that we get in England, usually stuck in the bath, can live up to 15 years. And they clean up crumbs, and, of course, keep flies of your food.

I just let em get on with it and don,t interfere.
