it's a fantastic country with a unique landscape. Full of beautiful ancient cities and towns.

as Ivana said, there's loads to see. Would like to play the old amphitheatre in Pula. And the island of hvar is considered one of the most beautiful. Brac is known for it's white marble. The whitehouse in washington DC is made from brac marble.

although, I would personally feel snubbed if you didn't go to the garden in Zadar and sipped a UB40 cocktail [yes. they do make one] while watching the sun set.

J.B I will suggest it. Id love to sit sipping a cocktail as the med sun sets. I loved Llubjana when I went. Thats got some really nice old style bars on the river. Great to relax and sip cold drinks as people go by on boats.

Whats in a UB40 cocktail?. Banks bitter to evoke Birmingham?.

As for the amphitheatre in Pula (we just call it simply Arena), if you ever play there, be sure I'll be on the spot! It's a fantastic place to play, I watched Elton John and Michael Bolton there , 5 days from one another,it was beautiful! Imagine you guys there, it would be like a dream! See if the management can arrange something; every summer there are a few concerts, so let's hope....

Yes, I loved Ljubljana , too, been there several times, but you know in winter it's rather gloomy and cold, so if you think of moving there, think twice...
