Hope you can help mate.
My mate has recently registered for the BB (within the last month).
His user name is depstar.
However he has tried to login several times since registering but tells me he receives the following reply:
password or username incorrect
AND username not active
He has double checked his password and username each time he attempts to login thus feels the problem must be not being able to activate his registration.
Can you help Adam?
