my son shaun is trying to get onto the bb.but its not accepting his details.it keep saying sorry your password cannot be retrieved because your account is currently inactive.his it due to his email address?

he should have received an email to activate his account. If he hasn't received it it may have been caught by a spam filter. If it has can you let me know.

In the meantime i've activated his account and he should be able to use it now.
