HELP

Hi folks

I posted a request for some help back in January but got no answer so thought I'd try again.

When I post on the bb the box tobe notified of a reply is ticked which up untill beginning of this year sent e-mails to me but I no longer get any notifications any suggestions to what I am doing wrong or is there a problem with my login.

Hi Marion
Is the email address at the top of your profile up to date? That is the email address you want the notification to go to?
If it is, try un-checking the box to be notified, submit, and then re-checking it and submit.
It may work!

yes e-mail is correct have taken tick out of notification on this post

Checked e-mail in profile it is correct, took out notify me of post in profile and updated then went back in and put tick back in. will also take tick out of notify box on this post then put back.

No and the only way I am replying is because I looked at post today.

Mmm I dont know Marion.. I have never used that service.
I will ask next time I talk to someone who is more on up on this stuff!

what do you use for your email? is it a hotmail account or a proper account like BT or NTLWORLD?

it may be that its got these emails down as spam and trashes them straight away

check your email settings and see if this has happened

i will send you a pm see if you get that email (as long as the box is ticked to say notify of new private message )

Sorry Ani no E-Mail it used to work up untill beginning of this year thanks for trying.

You say check my settings do you mean on my E-mail or profile?
