we've just found out that all imported accounts have the wrong editor set, we're working on this now and will have a fix shorty.... it will just work so sit abck and wait before all smillie help breaks out!!!!

Hi Saad
Have you enabled the text boxes in the user CP section?
You need to go to edit options/
Miscellaneous Options/
Message Editor Interface

then use the drop down box to enable standard or enhanced formatting controls (... not the basic editor)
This will only work if your Java is up to date.
If it isnt, see Ash's message to update it!
Hope that helps.. hope that's right.. er.. Ash? lol
