I am getting emails everytime somebody posts on a post that I have posted on
My email box is getting so full how do I disable it?

It should be in the user CP let me take a look where....

OK go to your User CP, (top left above post reply button)

Click edit options under the settings and options menu.

Then change the setting in the "Default Thread Subscription Mode"

Let me know if that fixes it
