Problems Logging into Backstage Area - still

3. To change your password after a reset, log in and click the "members account" link at the top right of the page and you can change it in there to somehting like "Iloveub40"

Got another new password and went through all the steps. Get logged in ok, but #3 is where it gets hung up. Click Members Account, fill in all the blanks, hit submit, and it goes right back to the same page to fill out.

It says "after successfully changing your password you will need to log back in" but I don't think it ever succesfully changes the password because it still uses the password that was sent. If you log out and try the new password that you created, login fails. It just seems stuck on that Members Account page to change password and won't go any further.

Beginning to think I should just stick with the email generated password, but I can't remember it.

I had probs too..plus I didn't get an email with my password reset on.
I did fill in all my details tho and I also saw a page with new avatars & sound clips on so presume its right?? Confused.com lol

Jay your password was reset to the one requested, the issue is now fixed anyway.

Sarah, you only reset your password if you need to - the options in the members account area.
