Hi Mags

Firstly, tell her to check the email addy she is using is current.. do this by sending a 'forgot your password' message to herself.. that will also check that she is using the correct password!
If this doesnt work, pm me her email address and her exact user name, and I will pass it on. A contact number wold be good too, if all else fails!
