Never had a problem witn the old BB, but everytime someone posts a youtube clip, I just get a white box, anything you can do, pleae??

What browser you running?
if your running Internet explorer try updating or try downloading and using Firefox.
Also make sure you have Adobe Flashplayer 10 installed

I have checked on your settings, and they all seem fine Steve.. try Skirge's answer and let us know how it goes - everyone else seems to be getting it ok.

Thanks Skirge, thanks Luci, I think it must be my home PC, as it works and shows up ok on my work laptop.

Hi Steve

Just try installing the latest version of flash from here: Adobe - Adobe Flash Player

That should sort it out.
