Hi Tina
Send a 'forgot ur password' to her email address.. and then paste it in- could be that she is putting it in incorrectly. This will also check the email addy she is using is still working for her..

Has she checked her Junkmail folder to make sure it's not been picked up as spam? IF she has and still nothng then I'll reset her password and email to her. Let me know how she gets on. Does she know she can post here? Ash
