My daughter Amy has just joined the bb under the user name Penyrenglyn Rudette.Could you tell me how long before the activation e-mail is sent out please?Many thanks,Tom.

i think it depends on weather or not she ticked the box that says under 13 years old or over.
it seems if you tick under 13 years old its alot of hassal to get on the BB. Ani

The email is sent as soon as she joined, I've now resent it again anyway. I've noticed she has a hotmail address, can you get here to check her junk mail folder please it may be in that. If not send me a PM and confirm her email address and I'll aprove her manually. Ash
