I don't mind the tribute bands mentioning their upcoming gigs on the site, just as long as the privilege is not over-abused

I think the tributes should be allowed to advertise on here, one day I may be able to attend but wouldn't no unless i read it here.

Maybe as well as UB related & GA we should have a section called Up & coming events where tributes & fest info could go

only a suggestion

I really dont think it matters, they are on here like we are, cause they are UB40 Fans too.

So they are a tribute band that plays UB sounds, how great is that? . Further more they want us to join them, and what fun is that when we are gig dry for 2 years at a time sometimes, they are just what we need

Anyone that has been to any UB40 tribute band gig will know what I mean
