in my opinion, it's gotta be King Tubby (Osbourne Ruddock) The dub inventor himself

But Lee Perry was (and still is) very upsetting...if you catch my drift

Yesh tubby's right up there wiv Scratch... But The Scientist was always a fave of mine & also the UK's Mad proffessor Groooot champions of Dub

UB40 should have been a Dub band..they play it brilliant
