Thanks for the posts about the ordering of the UB40 live CD via the Concert Live website. We are having a slight technical problem with the website at the moment, this has been caused by a script error transmitting information to our shopping cart. We would like to assure you that we are fully endorsed by UB40 management and band to run pre-orders of the live CD, and this problem will be fixed as soon as possible so you can browse the UB40 CDs that are available on our website. No problem, happy to help.
The concert is split across the 3 discs as it allows us to create an encore disc as the 3rd disc. This means fans collecting their live CD directly after the concert will get the recording of the concert up to the encore on the first 2 discs. The 3rd disc will be 'blank' and once you get home you will be able to to download the encore part of the show and burn it onto the 3rd disc. This innovation allows us to deliver the CD to fans the second the show finishes. Fans ordering the CD for home delivery via the Concert Live website or at concert will get the the concert over 3 CDs and will not need to burn the encore disc. well it looks like all he questions have been answered. As far as the cost is concerned. It is a lot more expensive than last time because we did it all in-house, and the CD's were only available AFTER the tour. They were ordered and sent out at our leisure really. But now we have brought in a propper company to ensure that they are available ON THE NIGHT. Which explains the extra cost.

WHAT HE SAID.....Its a fact of life that as sales of CD's have become smaller across the whole industry the cost of production has risen...Its an expensive option marketing the LIVE GIG on the night and requires bodies to do the tasks of taking orders, burning the files,packaging them, handing them over...etc..and the halls want their cut ...then there is the mafia, we have to pay them their cut or Pikey will be sleeping with the fishes..its not easy I tell ya !
