Drink lots of water I've heard that helps, or a little power nap (dead to the world siesta) definately helps.

Thanks for sharing Jen! I just love that song! And I didn't get seasick. lol I remember watching the Rehearsal video and wondering how anybody who took video that night stood still, because that's just impossible at one of their concerts. Impossible.
