The Tour So Far

Well it is that lovely time of the year again for me, Christmas, winter, playing music, travelling around the u.k with my good friends and meeting some fans. So far I have loved this tour, it feels fresh and everyone is giving a lovely vibe on stage too. I absolutely love playing the new Labour Of Love 4 songs, Duncan just astounds me, he really does, he is so blasé about it too.
I love how UB40 are showing how many singers there are in the band, except this time as well as having solo songs like, Rat, Wear You To The Ball, Baby, there are the lovely new tracks that have Duncan, Astro, Robin and Norman all at the same time, brilliant. I can tell you now that the rest of the album tracks are equally as groovy as these you are hearing live. I know it was a hard choice for the band, picking the touring tracks. It has been great getting to know some of you loonies more too over these past few weeks, Marg and Shell, you make me laugh so much... you are great. Looking forward to what I see as the next half of the tour. We have been working all day today in the studio on a brilliant exciting project, our one day off, but hey!! was it WORTH it... yes it was. Great seeing you all, hopefully see you again soon. thanks for all the youtube uploads, it really helps spread the great sound. I am working my way through them all personally thanking everyone. Cheers Pikey, its been a blast so far, and the smiles we have seen from both fans and band members while you're onstage has been like a breath of fresh air. Or maybe that's just the weather

That's great that you guys are having just as much fun as the fans here are. And from the reviews, it sounds like the best tour yet. Now, if we could only get you to North America sooner than later!
