I hope it doesn't put you off coming to a show, after all, you did enjoy it. It was just the negative experience afterwards that spoilt things. Which I don't think is entirely fair. Getting back stage has no rules. It's purely pot-luck. Sometimes, if we are staying in the town, we might stay longer and let the dressing room fill up, and play some music. A spontaneous party. Other times we might feel like eating and having some piece and quiet. In that case very few people are allowed back stage. Then again, we could be travelling to the next town, and leave not long after getting off stage. These are spontaneous decisions, nothing is ever planned.
There is no excuse for rudeness, and I think reading this post may be a bit embarassing for him. And I'm sure we can come up with some kind of cruel revenge on you behalf.
Maybe next time you come to a show, we can nail him to the dressing room door by his ears, then you can walk in and out as often as you like.

Not saying that Paul did anything wrong as Luci explained... But I admire the way UB's care for their Fans...

I can totally see Paul trying to make a joke and telling it with a straight face, and how that can come across as him being serious about it...

I hope this doesn't stop you guys from seeing the UB's again, and trying to get backstage again... I've been to a lot of gigs, and I always try... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... At one gig we tried to go the "Paul" route and it totally didn't work, had to re-group and go into the stalking mode...
