There are some on Ebay at times. Look for the Varese Sarabande label as that is what is was released on. See it is on Amazon also.

I know theres a signed one kicking about L.A.

I bought one after a gig a few years ago to ensure I had the bonus tracks, got it signed by some of the band (even after all these years it was the one and only time i'd asked for anything to be signed) and uncle Dunx decided to give it to a women at the hotel bar. and just laughed at me
