Missing Promotional Disc: Sparkle Of My Eyes ?

While checking through the discography to find out, which albums and singles are still missing in my collection, I wondered why a Promo-Disc I own was not listed und Promotional Releases.

The Title is "(UB40) Sparkle Of My Eyes", which is also the only track on the disc (playtime: 4.12).
The disc is from 2002(Virgin Records) and was to promote the "Cover Up" - Album.

Can anyone tell me why it's not listed?
